Well, my first impressions for Holden in the story Catcher in the Rye are interesting. I found it odd that a kid who is so disconnected from school, could be attending this fancy Prep school known as Pencey Prep. From my view, my education is crucial to my future. I am a good student, and find my self opposite to Holden because I really do value my education and hope it will extend into my life to come. Hopefully this story will continue to unravel into a good book. 🙂

I like how you talk about his education. I never thought about how Holden is not the brightest kid but that he is still going to fancy prep schools.
